artcritical is fast evolving as a crucial forum for criticism and ideas in the visual arts. Based in New York City, it welcomes contributions from around the world. Founded in 1999 as an off-shoot of the personal website of art critic and curator David Cohen, artcritical now publishes regular columns by a variety of critics, and welcomes ideas and proposals from both established and emerging writers.
